Well Christmas has come and gone and now we're awaiting a New year to begin. We won't do much on new year's eve dinner and an early movie and then home to watch the New year approach if we can stay awake that long. LOL. Fortunately i don't have to work New year's day which means I can sleep in and take down the Christmas stuff. The diner is open but I don't have to work. Yay!
Here are a couple of Winter Birthday cards I've been working on. I'm into the ww and soft suede lately. I'm trying to keep them sort of simple and under 10 mins. in making.

Snowman Soup and treat bags

 Hello Everyone,
Feeling a lot better and have been busy finishing up my projects for this holiday season which is in it's final week.Shopping is just about done, I do have a couple of last minute gifts I need to pick up. This is one of the treat bags that I am making to hand out to some of the regulars we have that come to the diner. Also on the bottom is the Snowman Soup that my downline taught at my last Christmas stamp class. I also am making at least 25 of these for the regular customers, some customers will get the nugget treat bag and some of them will receive the snowman soup treat bag.
The poem on the snowman soup is on the back of the hot cocoa mix.it reads
Heard you've been good this year
     always glad to hear it.
     With freezing weather drawing near,
You'll need to warm the spirit.
So here's a little snowman soup,
                                                                    complete with stirring stick, snowballs,
                                                                    and kisses from Frosty.
Just add hot water, sip it slow,
it's sure to do the trick.

The recipe for the nugget treat bag is as follows.
Clear pretzel bags from craft store.
Stamps: Bells and Boughs
